Standing Inner-Biceps Curl - Biceps


  • Stand in a vertical position with feet shoulder width apart.
  • Hold a dumbbell each, in your hand with arms fully extended downwards, and palms facing in.
  • Start curling the dumbbells up and outwards.
  • Rotate the wrists so that the palms face upwards.
  • Start the downward movement following the same path.
  • This exercise can be done in a sitting position too.
