Lying Cable Curl - Biceps


  • Use an underhand grip, with both hands, to grab the short cable bar attached to the low pulley.
  • Stretch yourself in a lying position on your back, in front of a cable curl machine. Your legs must be straight.
  • Keep your feet flat against the frame of the pulley machine.
  • Keep the bar on your thighs and bend your arms slightly.
  • Do not move your elbows as you move the bar towards your chest.
  • Squeeze the biceps lightly and return to the beginning position.
  • During the entire exercise, avoid lifting your feet or bending your knees.
