- Use an underhand grip, with both hands, to grab the short cable bar attached to the low pulley.
- Stretch yourself in a lying position on your back, in front of a cable curl machine. Your legs must be straight.
- Keep your feet flat against the frame of the pulley machine.
- Keep the bar on your thighs and bend your arms slightly.
- Do not move your elbows as you move the bar towards your chest.
- Squeeze the biceps lightly and return to the beginning position.
- During the entire exercise, avoid lifting your feet or bending your knees.
