SEATED BICEP CABLE CURLS


·         Use a lower pulley attachment to do this exercise.

·         Lift the weight using the reverse or the normal grip. To use the reverse grip is harder.

·         Lower the weight using the same technique.

·         Your elbows should be rested above the knees to maintain stability. This may reduce the range of your movement.

·         This exercise works only on the bicep muscle and can be done using a lightweight.
