- Sit on a Scott bench. Ensure that the bench does not hinder the smoothness or range of motion.
- Hold a bar or a pulley.
- Start curling with your palms moving inwards.
- Curl until the arms meet the shoulders.
- Avoid any swing or jerk.
- Keep your upper arms in contact with the seat of the bench.
- You may use a close, medium or a wide grip to do this exercise.
