SEATED PULLEY CURL


  • Sit on a Scott bench. Ensure that the bench does not hinder the smoothness or range of motion.
  • Hold a bar or a pulley.
  • Start curling with your palms moving inwards.
  • Curl until the arms meet the shoulders.
  • Avoid any swing or jerk.
  • Keep your upper arms in contact with the seat of the bench.
  • You may use a close, medium or a wide grip to do this exercise.
