INCLINE BENCH BICEP CURL


  • Stand behind an incline bench with one arm rested on it.
  • Use the same arm to hold a dumbbell with the palm facing up.
  • Curl the weight to reach the shoulder level.
  • Start lowering along the same path.
  • Repeat using the other arm.
  • Beginners would benefit from this exercise as it helps in developing a correct technique.
