- Fix the stirrup attachment using two overhead cable pulleys.
- Stand between the pulleys and hold both the attachments using each hand.
- Stretch your arms to the sides so that they form a “T”.
- Place your hands at head-level.
- Do not move your elbows while curling your hands towards your shoulders.
- Keep your elbows steady and prevent them from going up, down or forward.
- Squeeze for a little time and start returning to the original (starting) position.
