Overhead Cable Curl - Biceps


  • Fix the stirrup attachment using two overhead cable pulleys.
  • Stand between the pulleys and hold both the attachments using each hand.
  • Stretch your arms to the sides so that they form a “T”.
  • Place your hands at head-level.
  • Do not move your elbows while curling your hands towards your shoulders.
  • Keep your elbows steady and prevent them from going up, down or forward.
  • Squeeze for a little time and start returning to the original (starting) position.
