A potbelly can be divided in to two categories.
Category 1: In this instance, the muscles in the abdomen are weakened and you develop a poor posture. Abdominal exercises are recommended to develop these muscles.
Category 2: Along with weak muscles in the abdomen and a poor posture, there is an excess accumulation of fat. Abdominal exercises should be done together with aerobics to get rid of the fat deposits.
